An introduction to CIPCO Training program

Creative and Practicing Company (CIPCO)

The CIPCO training is a one-day program for staf

and manager with the focus of changing of the
mind set and attitude towards creativity and
innovations. The CIPCO program is specially
designed to inculcate a culture of creativity within the organization
The trainer spends time in class to run through some mind exercise to
enable the participants to realise their own creative talent. Relevant
thinking tools, techniques and methods are introduced. These new
knowledge and skill serves as a guide to assist participants to generate
new ideas.
The highlight of the program is a practical exercise where all participants
are required to generate new ideas on the spot. This demonstrates how
easy it is to give birth to a new idea using those creative thinking tools
and techniques. Sessions like this give rise to self-confidence especially to
those who have doubted their own abilities.
By the end of the day, the participants will understand the reasons why
they need to be creative, and also how to put those creative skills into
practice. Besides waking up the creative thinking cells in the participants
on an individual basis, this program also emphasises the process on how
to inculcate a culture of creative in your organization.
