Kayapalpam 1:
1 Ashwakantha Amukanankizangu sooranam
2 Tripala chooranam
3 Mix both 10grams daily twice + honey
4 Drink milk
5 Many Mandalams
6 Many Years no narai thirai moopu
7 Good poshakku
8 Have Bethigai and after 5 days start any kayakalpam.
9 You can avoid narai thirai moopu with Sithar Arul.
Kayakalpam 2:
1 Vallaraikeerai -> nizhalil dry and make it powder
2 Kalyanamurungai ilia poo pattai ver, collect, dry in shadow -> make it
powder
3 Mix both, 5 gram to 10grams /twice/day. And then drink milk.
4 Palaasa karpam best one in Ayurveda
5 Done except within 10 days..do it for mandalam..and years
6 Take poto before kalpam and
7 Take bethigai after 5 days start Kayakalpam..
8 After each mandalam take poto and check..
Kayakalpam 3:
1. Those who do in spiritual line and get these in nattu marunthu kadai
2. Get nellikai kandhagam
3. Melt and mix with milk (listen again)
Kayakalpam 4:
1. Adhimathuram get it from natumarunthu kadai
2. Make it clean, dry in shadow and powder it
3. Add vallarai power equally
4. Add Ponnankanni, dry in shadow and powder it
5. Add kothumalli, dried in shadow and powder it
6. Add honey and make it as tablet or legiyam.
7. As simple and anyone can do it.
8. If possible add nellikai sooranam
9. (u know chavanaprash is made up of nellikai legiyam)
