Registration: Please register either via fax or via e-mail (Fax No. +49 (0)7072 916 888
e-mail: c.koenig@digsilent.de). Within 48 hours we shall confirm your registration via e-mail; without this
confirmation your registration is no valid. By our written confirmation your registration becomes legally binding.
Seminar Fees: For DIgSILENT Users with valid guarantee or maintenance period reduced seminar fees apply. Included
in the seminar fees are training material, coffee breaks and lunches.

Category A: DIgSILENT Users with valid guarantee and maintenance period

Category B: DIgSILENT Users without valid guarantee and maintenance period / Non-Users
Category C: Students. Places for students are limited to two places per seminar. Please submit your valid
student ID with your registrations. Students are kindly asked to pay seminar fees in advance an invoice
will be submitted along with the confirmation.

Upon submission of your registration you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and invoice. Final
confirmation will be established after receipt of payment.
Cancellations: Up to 8 weeks before the beginning of a seminar participants may cancel their registrations at any
time by e-mail or fax at no cost. DIgSILENT reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to insufficient participants up to
4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar.
Cancellations after this period and up to 2 weeks before the beginning of a course will be charged at 50% of the
seminar fees. After the 2 weeks period cancellations are no longer possible, i.e. 100% of the seminar fees will be
charged. In the event that an already confirmed seminar needs to be cancelled due to force majeure, participants will
be informed as soon as possible and already paid seminar fees will be reimbursed. Further claims like travel expenses
or hotel cancellation fees are excluded from this practice if the cancellation of the seminar is not due to a grossly
negligent behaviour of DIgSILENT GmbH.
Accommodation: Local hotels offer our guests special room rates. Please see our list of hotels for more information.
How to get to DIgSILENT: Detailed information about how to get to DIgSILENT will be sent along with the
confirmation.
Lunches: Lunches are included in the seminar fees. If you have any special requirements (i.e. vegetarian), please let
us know with your registration.
Training Material: Our training material is protected by copyright. Duplication or transfer are prohibited and require
the written consent of DIgSILENT GmbH.
