COMES NOW the undersigned Public Attorney unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully manifests that:
1. The above-mentioned cases are set on November 17, 18, 21 and 22, respectively;
2. However, considering the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education;
3. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings in the above-entitled cases
but only for the reasons stated above.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this
Honorable Court that the instant motion for postponement be favorably considered for
reasons as already stated.
Other reliefs are likewise prayed for.
