The project and Gant Chart basically focus on medical electric device development and this
is accomplished by formulation of two prototypes namely P1 and P2. Once all the testings
are completed, one of them is finalized and presented for client approval.

3. a. As the final closing of the project is yet to be done, it is far from completion. For now,
payment is to be done along with preparation of final report. Client has already been
presented with the project which should confirm the acceptance of project from their part.
Should there be any shortcomings in the project from our side, we should be happy to
welcome any feedbacks which have potential to make improvements on future outcomes.
b. Motivation plays pivotal role in driving team work and ultimately leading it to success. For
the purpose of motivation it should be ensured that all day to day tasks are performed
without hassle. The project plan ought to be communicated effectively with team to ensure
that everyone is kept in the loop and prevent complications that are derived from
miscommunication. Further, the responsibility should be delegated to individuals so that
each team member understands the gravity of the situation and takes the situation with the
seriousness that it deserves.
c. Some of the activities that can be performed prior to the closing stage for insuring
smoothness of the projects are listed below:

Everyone involved with the project should know their responsibilities along with their

limitations and powers.


Retrospective meetings can contribute to learn from past mistakes and evaluate what

went good with the project.


Feedback can be taken from team members with anonymous feedback mechanism

which contributes to optimization of team.


Client satisfaction should be prime target of the project which can be achieved by
listing to clients conditions and demands.

4. A small change in project schedule can mean one huge impact on the project. Thus to
avoid such problems project manager should take some measure which are mentioned
below:

Project manager should foster team consultation and meetings to get the idea of
team members perspective on the matter of the projects.
