List of required documents for OIS International Staff:

1. A passport with a valid visa and registration (valid passport for at least 12
months, at least 3 empty pages for visas);
2. Original University/Education Certificates;
3. Color photo cards on white background 3x4 - 6 pieces;
4. Police check (original).
If an employee comes along with family members he/she must have:
1. Child's birth certificate (the original);
2. Marriage certificate (original);
3. Color photo cards of family members on white background 3x4 - 6 pieces.
(Preferable in electronic form);
The costs associated with the stay in the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Business visa, valid for 1 month (consul support at the airport "Manas")
70 USD;
2. Translation of the passport into Russian language;
3. Medical certificate from the AIDS Center 5 USD;
4. State fee for a work permit - 2000 KGS;
5. The state fee for visa extension (1 year) 200 USD;
6. The state fee for the registration of visa - 120 KGS.
