Procedure to follow:

1) Submit your paper as attachment to email id technomantra@vpt.edu.in

2) If your paper is selected for the presentation then we will inform you by email.
3) After receiving the confirmation from us, mail your scanned copy of duly filled registration
form . It must be signed by the Head of Department or Head of the Institute with the seal of the
institute.
4) Also send a hard copy of registration form along with DD in favour of Vidyalankar
Polytechnic on the institute's address.

NOTE: While sending paper through email Subject of email must be in following format.
Subject- dept-college_name-location
For eg: CO-VIDYALANKAR POLYTECHNIC-MUMBAI
P.S: Registration form without signature of Head of Department or Head of Institute and seal of
the institute will not be accepted.
