Abstract
Nanotechnology is an exploding field. It is essential in creating maintainable innovations for the future, humankind and nature. Silver
nanoparticles are utilizing in an expanded consideration for different biomedical and therapeutic applications. Synthesis of silver
nanoparticles by chemical and physical technique makes the procedure bulky, due to the utilization of poisonous and costly chemicals.
Eco-friendly techniques for green mediated strategies of nanoparticles are the present exploration in the field of nanotechnology. This
work prompts the synthesis of silver nanoparticles from AgNO3 solution with aqueous leaf extract. Apart from being eco-friendly,
utilization of green leaves includes the synergistic antibacterial impact to the biosynthesized nanoparticles. Synthesized nanoparticles
will be confirmed by UV-Vis(ultraviolet visible) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope (SEM). FTIR will be done for the
identification of components responsible for the reduction of silver. Furthermore the range and size of silver nanoparticle will be
confirmed by Particle Size Analyzer. XRD analysis will be carried out to confirm the crystalline nature of the silver nanoparticles. .
Moreover to check the strength of silver nanoparticles mechanical testing will be carried out. The antibacterial activity of the greensynthesized silver nanoparticles will also be tested.
