Kacy's critical thinking skills have grown tremendously. She has strong assessment skills that are
used to consistently direct the patient care needs.

Comments:
Kacy has become a strong student nurse this semester. While on the 8th floor, she assisted with the care
of a team of patients not one or two. Her preceptors frequently commented about her hard-working and
thoughtful ways. Kacy has also continued to build her technical skills. She has shown growth in holistic
needs of the patient and family. Kacy is prepared to continue on with her next clinical rotation.
