We are looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring projects are run efficien
tly and effectively. You will manage resources (time, money and people) for the
delivery of multiple software projects. You will work in a complex, ever changin
g software development environment to deliver high quality products and bring th
ose products to life with our partners. In this role, you will:
Provide leadership and hands on project management expertise to ensure the succe
ssful delivery of a portfolio of loyalty software products to our partners (typi
cally 15-20 concurrent projects) in a SaaS based environment
Collaborate closely with Sales, Production and the Customer to deliver products
to our customers
Collaborate closely with Production and Support to ensure ongoing support and ch
ange requests
Play a lead role in all partner interactions within a project
Bring an unrivaled passion for delivery, a positive attitude, and a desire to ex
ceed partner expectations in every interaction
Demonstrate expertise in both the art and science of project management across s
everal areas including: governance, scope, risk, quality, issue management, comm
unication and stakeholder management
Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills around scope, time-lines, and resou

Lead all resource and project planning for your assigned project portfolio inclu
ding the identification and resolution of resource conflicts
Produce several project management-related business analysis reports (project bu
dget reports, status reports, issue and risk logs, meeting agendas and meeting m
inutes)
Manage maintenance activities including product change requests as required
Must Have Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field
2+ years software implementation project management experience preferably in a S
aaS environment
Strong understanding of the development of dynamic websites and user experience
design principles
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
Capable of juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proven leadership skills with the ability to execute well under pressure
Experience working in complex, multi-project environment with a number of client
s is critical in order to be successful in this role
Possess client management skills with a passion for building effective customer
relationships and exceeding partner expectations
Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization including business e
xecutives and technical experts
Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality
Nice to Have Skills / Qualifications:
Exposure to a variety of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile)
Broad project management experience, perhaps in infrastructure, integration or s
oftware package implementation
Certified Scrum Master or Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation is
an asset
Knowledge of productivity tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Greenhopper, and Tempo
