REJOSARI KECAMATAN BUKITRAYA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2015

ABSTRAK
Kontrasepsi merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya
peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Wanita Usia Subur pada umumnya adalah usia 20-35
tahun, oleh karena itu untuk mengatur jumlah kelahiran atau menjarangkan kelahiran
para wanita ini disarankan untuk memakai alat kontrasepsi kombinasi seperti pil
kontrasepsi kombinasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efek pemakaian pil
kontrasepsi kombinasi terhadapat kadar glukosa darah pada Wanita Usia Subur 20-35
tahun di Puskesmas Rejosari Kecamatan Bukit Raya. Metode penelitian ini
menggunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional study
dimana variabel dependen dan variabel independen diteliti sekaligus pada waktu yang
sama. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat dengan menggunakan uji T adalah t hitung >
t tabel (12.84 > 2,04) atau Pvalue < a (0,00 < 0,05), menggunakan uji Regresi Linear
Sederhana adalah -545, dengan menggunakan uji F Annova adalah F hitung > F tabel
(6.69 > 4,16) atau Pvalue < a (0,01 < 0,05), Koefisien determinan (r) adalah 0,17,
korelasi negatif yang sedang (r= - 0,42) Pvalue = 0,05 (p < 0,05) dan kesimpulannya
adalah dengan uji T adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu ada pengaruh secara
signifikan antara Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) memakai pil kontrasepsi kombinasi
dengan kadar glukosa darah, uji Regresi Linear Sederhana adalah tidak terjadi
hubungan antara Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) memakai pil kontrasepsi kombinasi
dengan kadar glukosa darah, uji F (Annova) adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu
ada pengaruh Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) pemakai pil kontrasepsi kombinasi terhadap
kadar glukosa darah, Koefesien determinan (r) adalah 1,7 % kadar gula darah di
pengaruhi oleh pil kontrasepsi kombinasi 98,3 % kadar glukosa darah dipengaruhi
oleh faktor lain, dan dengan korelasi negatif adalah tidak terdapat hubungan Wanita
Usia Subur (WUS) dengan kadar glukosa darah.

ABSTRACT
The contraception is one of method that can be used to prevent the occurrence of
increasing population. Generally, reproductive women are about 20-35 years old,
therefore to manage the new born or rarefy new born of these women are
recommended to use the contraception, such as the contraception combination. The
purpose of this study was to find out the effect of using contraseptive combination
pills towards blood glucose level of reproductive women. This research method
using correlation analytic design with cross sectional study, where dependent variable
and independent variable researched at the same time. From the result of the research,
the reearcher got T test is t>t table (12.84>2.04) or pvalue < a (0.00<0.05), using
simple linear regression test is -545, using the F tet Annova is F count > F table
(6.69>4.16) or pvalue < a (0.01<0.05), determinant coefficient (r 2) was 0,17, which a
negative correlation (r=-0.42) pvalue = 0.05 (p<0.05) and the conslusion is the T test
is Ho rejected and Ha is accepted that there are significant effect between woman of
fertile age (WUS) taking the contraception combination pills with blood glucose
levelsimple linear regression test there is no connection between women of fertile age
(WUS) that used contraception combination pills with blood glucose level,
determinant coefficient (r2) is 1.7% of blood sugar levels is influenced by 98.3%,
blood glucose level are influenced by other factors, and the negative correlation there
is no relationship between women in fertlie age (WUS) and blood glucose level.
