(MODERN DANCE COMPETITION)

GUIDELINES

Competition is open to all Program of Hagonoy National High School.

Dance presentations must be within the minimum of three minutes to a
maximum of five minutes only. An excess will merit the (5) five point
deduction from the total score before the ranking.
Composition of dancers is within the minimum of ten (10) to a maximum
of sixteen (16) dancers. An excess will merit the (5) five point deduction
from the total score.
Participations who will be involved in any misconduct within the contest
period will be disqualified from the competition.
Music material, it can be remix or one plain music only.
Participants/ the group must present a wholesome presentation and are
prohibited from exhibiting or manifesting acts or gestures and movements
offensive to any groups will be disqualified.
Dance groups are required to submit their music before the day of the
competition. Failure to submit their music will be deducted (5) points from
the total score.

 Using of pyrotechnics, water, oil, or other materials during performance that

can be dangerous and might cause accident to the group or other contestant
is NOT ALLOWED. 10 points will be deducted to the groups final score.
The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.
