To organize/arrange/facilitate any kind of national/international indoor/outdoor sports

competition/event among people with any kind of disabilities including deaf people
from SAARC countries or any countries around the world.

To plan, develop and organize Sports programs and support services for the people
with any kind of disabilities including deaf people from SAARC countries or any
countries around the world with the direct or indirect assistances from the
governments around the world as well as from the charitable involvement of any local
or international organizations and individuals.

To promote access to education from preschool through post graduate as the

cornerstone of realizing the independent living, economic self-sufficiency, and equal
opportunity of the people with any kind of disabilities including deaf people from
SAARC countries or any countries around the world by advocacy, partnerships with
educational institutions, and programs designed to break down barriers to education.

To develop/construct School, College, University, Park, Stadium and any kind of

physical infrastructures and facilities for the people with any kind of disabilities
including deaf people from SAARC countries or any countries around the world.

To ensuring that all people with any kind of disabilities including deaf people from
SAARC countries or any countries around the world have the right to equal
opportunity, to be economically self-sufficient, and to earn and save without
jeopardizing access to the services and supports that allow them to live and work
independently with the direct or indirect assistances from the governments around the
world as well as from the charitable involvement of any local or international
organizations and individuals.

To ensure all people with any kind of disabilities including deaf people from SAARC
countries or any countries around the world have a right to quality, comprehensive,
and affordable health care as well as access to affordable accessible housing;

To advocate on behalf of people with any kind of disabilities including deaf people
from SAARC countries or any countries around the world, particularly where their
rights have been infringed;

To promote access to proper and adequate representation of people with any kind of
disabilities including deaf people from SAARC countries or any countries around the
world on all bodies which make decisions that affect their lives;

To encourage the development and coordination of self-help groups of people with

any kind of disabilities including deaf people from SAARC countries or any
countries around the world;

To provide information, advice and practical assistance to any person with disability
whose personal circumstances require such services;

To foster communication and cooperation with other community organizations with

similar aims.
