schedule and failed on many of the days but on days that I had an alarm set on when I was
to go to bed I was more consistent on making sure it happened. Over all I think I did well
on accomplishing this goal.
GOAL 2: Drink more water.
How am I going to accomplish this goal: I am going to carry a water bottle everywhere that
I go and make sure to drink at least 3 of them a day.
How did I do on this goal: there were days when I forgot my water bottle but other days
that I did bring it with me, When I brought the water bottle I was perfect on drinking 3 a
day and sometimes even more than that. Overall I feel I did very well.
