PaymentContract

TheBrandmanUniversityMasterPaymentContractservesasthepromissorynoteforalltuitionandfeepaymentsdue
theUniversityandisvaliduntilallchargesduearepaidinfull.BrandmanUniversityrequiresthatallstudentswhodesire
toenrollinclassesreadandacceptthisagreementonlinepriortoregistrationintheUniversity.Failuretocompleteand
submittheTuitionandFeeMasterPaymentContractwillresultinaholdbeingplacedonthestudentsaccountandthe
studentblockedfromregisteringforclassesand/orthestudentbeingwithdrawnfromclasses.UniversityRecords,
absentmanifesterror,theUniversity'srecordsshallbeconclusiveevidenceofallamountspayablebythestudent
hereunder.

InterestCharges:Interestiscalculatedat10.75percentperannumcommencingontheapplicableduedateand
continuingthroughthepaymentdatebasedonthestudentaccountbalanceateachmonthend.Tuitionisdue
onthestartdateofeach8weekterm,aslistedinthecatalog.Studentshaveadditional30daygraceperiodto
paythebalanceinfullwithoutpenalty.Ifthebalanceremainsunpaidafterthegraceperiod,interestaccrues
fromthetermstartdate.Itisafixed,simpleinterestrate.TheinterestrateissubjecttochangeeachJune1.
InterestischargedonallpaymentarrangementswiththeUniversity.Interestisnotchargedonasessionthat
hasnotbegun.
TuitionRefundPolicy:Ifthestudentwithdrawsfromanyclasses(officiallyorunofficially),thestudentwillbe
liablefortuitionandfeesaccordingtotherefundschedulelistedintheuniversitycatalogandpostedonthe
BrandmanUniversitywebsite.FinancialAidrevisionsmayresultbasedonFederalregulations.
AccountStatement:Thestudent/thirdpartysponsormustmakepaymentoftheirtuitionandfeesevenifthey
donotreceiveastatement.Statementinformationissentasaconvenienceandtheresponsiblepartyis
obligatedtomakepaymentevenifnonoticeisreceived.
UniversityEmailAddress:AllstudentsenrolledatBrandmanUniversitywillreceiveauniversityissuedemail
address.Theuniversitywillusethisemailaddresstocommunicateallofficialuniversitybusiness.
ChangeofStatus:Thestudentand/orresponsiblepartywillinformtheUniversityofanychangeinname,
address,telephonenumber,financialaidstatusormethodofpayment.Anewthirdpartysponsorshipmaybe
authorizedbysubmittinganewBrandmanUniversityTuitionandFeeMasterPaymentContract.

Acceptance:
ByclickingontheIAccept,studentagreesthathe/sheisresponsibleforthepaymentofallamountsthatbecomedue
totheUniversitypursuanttothisTuitionandFeeMasterPaymentContract.Thestudentrepresentsthattheyhave
accesstotheUniversity'swebsiteandwillconsultsuchwebsiteforfee,accountandpaymentinformation.Intheevent
ofdefault,theUniversitymaypursuepaymentfromeitherorboththeStudentand/orThirdPartySponsor,atits
discretion.StudentswhohaveunpaidbillsattheUniversityaresubjecttodismissaland,aslongassuchbillsremain
unpaid,maynotenrollinfurtherclasses,receiveanytranscripts,Universitycreditordiplomas,andshallpaytothe
Universityallcostsofcollectionwithrespecttosuchamount,includingreasonablecollectioncosts,attorney'sfeesand
courtcosts.PursuanttoCaliforniaCodeofCivilProcedure360.05,theBorrowerherebywaivesanyandalldefense
affordedbythestatuteoflimitationsasadefensetoanydemandforpaymentofthisnoteoranypartthereofofany
sumpayablehereunder.BrandmanUniversityretainstherighttoterminatethisagreementandenrollmentofthe
studentifpaymentsarenotkeptuptodate.IherebyguaranteepaymentofallamountsduepursuanttothisContract
andwaivenoticeofprotestanddefault.IherebyauthorizeBrandmanUniversityto:checkmycredithistoryand
references,providecreditinformationforuseinconnectionwithrevieworcollectionofanyaccountsduringoraftermy
timeasastudent,andverifymyemploymentandotherinformationonthisagreement.

IfyouchoosenottoacceptthetermsandconditionsofthisMasterPaymentContract,youwillnotbeabletoregister
forclassesatBrandmanUniversity.
