Profile
Presently working with M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd, Kala-Amb (H.P.) as Trainee
Production Engineer from Sep15. The company is certified with ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS-18001:2007, & is a market leader in manufacturing of
Adhesives with brand name FEVICOL as: Fevicol-Marine, Fevicol-SH, Fevicol-Speedx,
Fevicol-DDL, Fevicol-Woodgrip Marine, Fewiquik, M-seal and also manufacturing
construction chemicals like Dr. Fixit, etc. Plant is based on DCS Yokogawa and
having capacity to produce finished goods about 150MT/day.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning daily production schedule & co-ordinate the production activities.

Based on the demand, prepare detailed raw material plan, production plan
and delivery plan.
Responsible to meet the production compliance with all quality standards.
Handle and lead the team of operators & manpower.
To monitor for the safe and optimized operation of major process equipments
including reactors, cooling tower, boiler, pumps & compressors.
Confer with department heads with positive feedback and ideas to eliminate
the losses along with improvement activities.
Process monitoring, analyzing and optimizing parameters, integrating process
streams in order to optimize the consumption of energy/utility in the plant.
To support Works Manager in leading Manufacturing Excellence initiatives in
the plant by Implementing TPM & 5S in the plant.
Troubleshooting of Process problems, Plant Start up and Shutdown.
Allotment of Maintenance activities, Issuance of Work Permit.

Past Experience

Worked as Site Engineer with GE India Ltd. on TeamLease Contract roll at

Panipat refinery & petrochemical complex.

Worked as Chemist Cum Shift In-charge with Ion Exchange India Ltd. in RO
based DM plant at Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex, Panipat.

alternate to natural gas, and there are more utilization methods.
