1.In what way can you contribute to the attainment of the mission-vision of the Mapua-CWTS
and the objectives of ROTC? Give concrete examples.
As an individual, I can say that I can contribute a lot of things to the attainment of the
mission-vision of the Mapua-CWTS. One of which is that I can work really hard for something,
such as being able to cope with those objectives and goals of the course. When some task is
given to me, I make sure to it that I give my full attention and presence of mind to it. Like what
happened to me once. My teacher told me to do something, but I was not paying really much
attention. I ended up not fulfilling that task. The next time, I grew weary of that attitude and the
result was good. The teacher even complimented my works. Thats why, I do my utmost best in
order to be responsible: as a concerned citizen and a member of the society.
As for the objectives of the ROTC, in order to attain the said objectives, I can say that I
am a trustworthy person so people can count on me whenever they have a task given to me, I can
do it. I also lived my life trying to live by the rules of our parents, my religion and our country.
So, as an individual I can say that I can also live by the rules given to me by the school. To attain
those objectives, Ill try to practice the things I have taught in school so that it would not go to
waste. I would apply it in my everyday living and maybe share to others some knowledge. Ill try
to come in school with the best physical and emotional state in order to understand the lessons
well.

2. What values can be inculcated in participating in the following CWTS service components?
Justify your answer.
a. The Engineering and Health Support and Delivery System (EHSDS)
The values that can be inculcated in participating Engineering and Health Support and
Delivery System (EHSDS) are being responsible, learning how to socialize with others, valuing
assistance given and taken from each other, learning how to make a good plan for the
development of the community and specially, avoiding being laid back and start giving attention
to more important things.

b. The Learning Support and Delivery System (LSDS)

As for the Learning Support and Delivery System (LSDS), the values that can be
inculcated includes being active, helping someone to nurturing their minds, and serving the
people of our country or having patriotism.

c. The Socio_Civic Support and Delivery System (SCSDS)

In terms of Socio_Civic Support and Delivery System (SCSDS), it teaches students to
have awareness in both physical and emotional health, being creative and wise at certain
circumstances, and having the courage and putting your best attitude to interact with others.

3. How can you apply these values to your everyday living?

In my everyday life, I encounter so many people, so many problems and so many
different experiences. In order to be able to cope with those at the spur of the moment, this is
where the values come in. Having those values does not only build up courage to face such
problems, it also strengthens ones faith in himself/herself. Whenever I could encounter people
having problems also, then I can help them since I have those values with me.
