III. Approval of Minutes of the Last Meeting
List of the proposals that has been discussed last meeting held on August 9 at 7am in
conference Hall:
1. Provide relevant sales training to our employee.
2. Give incentives to our employees every time they beat a target sales.
3. Saving or cost cutting for utilities such as electricity and water by requiring employees to use
utilities as necessary.
4. Conserving resources that are in excess.
5. Switching to a less expensive employee health insurance program, lowering monthly bills,
changing hours of service and structuring debt.
6. Commanding higher prices through successful branding through commanding significantly
higher prices than competitors while simultaneously increasing market share and maintaining
that premium market status even in economic downturns also focusing on quality and branding
as the means to increasing revenues and solidifying a customer base.
7. Implement a strict collection of receivables and renew our rules regarding credit and advise
our collection officers to be more attentive.
8. Encourage our customers to settle their debts immediately by giving trade and sales discount.
9. The increase in the available cash of the money must be used for advertising and marketing.
10. Instead of continuing to import items from such countries, we can replace them with
equivalent products and materials from suppliers based on countries that the Philippines does
have an FTA with such as Japan, South Korea or Singapore in order to avail of much lower

import taxes, on the condition that the quality of these products must be the same or better than
the ones we are currently using.
11. Purchase items from locally-based suppliers.
12. Reduce transportation costs as there will be little (for suppliers outside of Luzon) to no
shipping costs involved in transporting the said items.
13. We can also use our large consumption of locally sourced items to our advantage in local
advertising, because Filipinos tend to positively view companies that work, transact and
collaborate with mostly local businesses and industries, viewing them as supporting of local
talent.
14. Should implement promos for those who are buying from us.
15. Advertise and we could build and increase of ROI. Our company should also report from
different countries. Exporting in one way of increasing sales.
