I calculated two TPNs today. I got to write the notes and determine the rates
for the TPNS. Still visiting patients and charting on them.

Today I got to observe a speech therapist swallow evaluation. We talked to a
pt who had just had a stroke. I was able to see how she determines her
recommendations and if the diet needs to be changed. I am still seeing and charting
on patients.
