To narrow your search you can either use the quick search (recommended) in the blue
top banner of the page or the filtering options in the left hand menu.

The left menu filters independently ranks the alternatives for which there is the highest
number of matching job openings. However, by clicking Show more and See all
locations you will have the option to select the filter/filters that are relevant for you.

To go back to the full job list click View all jobs. Please note that the filters you choose
are sticky, i.e. will remain until you actively remove them.

Jobs in local language
Most of our jobs are published in English as this is our corporate language. In some cases
the jobs are also posted in a local language. You will find the link to see local job lists as
per indicated below.

Spontaneous Applications
If you dont find a vacant position that matches your profile you may create a spontaneous
application for future positions. Even if you do this we always encourage you to actively
apply for vacant positions as well. To create a profile and a spontaneous application you
need to log in as a new user (see instruction in the next paragraph). Once logged in, click
on My Job page/My Job Cart and then Access my profile in the right corner of the
screen. The application flow is the same as for applying for a specific job; with the
addition of letting us know your preferences.

First time visitor

If it is your first visit you will need to create a personal account which requires a
username and password. In order to make it easier for you to remember your username,
we highly recommend you to use your email address also as your username.

To register as a new user, either simply click Apply for a specific job or Sign in. Both
options will take you to the login window.

Click the New User button to create your user account.
Your account will be kept in confidence for 1 year after your latest activity or until we are
asked to remove it.

Returning visitor
Each time you want to apply for a new position, update an existing application or update
your profile you sign in with the username and password. The application form will
automatically incorporate existing information from your profile and all uploaded
documents will be saved. You can choose which of the documents that are relevant for a
specific job application by indicating this in the Additional document upload step.

Going through the application process
The application process consists of 5 simple steps; CV upload, enter personal information,
enter job experience, upload additional documents and review/submit.

When you enter the application form you can choose between three different options
1. To apply using your LinkedIn-profile
2. To start by uploading your CV and let the system take information from the
document and paste it into the applications fields (this is called CV parsing)
3. Enter all information manually and upload relevant documents later in the process

Regardless of the option you choose you should always check all the fields to ensure that
the right information is in the right place. Some fields are mandatory and this is to give
Tetra Pak a good way of finding your application in our database. You will have to enter
contact information and data about current and previous employers and educations. On
some applications there may also be mandatory questions related to the position.

In the last application step, called Summary, you will be able to go back and
review/change details in your application if required.

Once submitted you will find your application under My Job page/My submissions
where you can view/edit or withdraw your application.

If you apply though a mobile device and dont have your CV and cover letter at hand, you
can always submit your application and then go back and log into your account from a
desktop computer to finalise the application and upload the relevant documents.

Remove applications and profile
Under My Account Options you have the opportunity to change your personal
information, your account details and you can set preferences for what kind of
correspondence you wish to receive.

Your user account, including all applications and profile, will be kept in confidence for 1
year after your latest activity or until we are asked to remove it. Contact your local Tetra
Pak HR/Recruitment department if you would like us to remove your account in advance.

Taleo
For our Apply online function we are using a recruiting system from Oracle called Taleo.
