You, the Ticket Holder, are subject to a TICKET HOLDER LICENCE AGREEMENT
(Agreement, including any amendment to the Agreement that is posted at www.seagames2015.com and at ticket counters authorised by SINGSOC) which shall apply to all
Ticket Holders to events of the 28th SEA Games. You confirm that you have understood,
accept, are kept informed of all amendments to the Agreement, and will comply to (and / or
cause any relevant third party to comply to) all the terms and conditions in the Agreement,
including but not limited to the following terms:a. You assume all risks and dangers incidental to and associated with the attendance at each
Session, whether at an outdoor or indoor Venue, and whether occurring prior to, during or
after the Session.
b. SINGSOC provides this Ticket on an AS IS basis without warranties or representations
of any kind, either express or implied, other than those warranties that are implied by and
incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under Singapore law. In no event will
SINGSOC or any other person involved in any way with SINGSOCs administration and
management of the 28th SEA Games be liable for any damages, including without limitation,
direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits,
claimed by you arising from the 28th SEA Games.

c. You hereby waive, release and discharge the SINGSOC and affiliated companies, vendors
and sponsors, and participating athletes, and all employees, officers, agents, representatives and/or volunteers associated with the 28th SEA Games, and understand and agree to
hold harmless all of the persons and entities listed above, from any and all claims for
damages for death, personal injury or property loss or damage including all costs and
expenses which may result from your attendance at the Venue or Session. It is further
understood that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is binding on your heirs and
assigns.

d. All Ticket sales are final and no exchange, cancellation, refund will or replacement shall be
permitted thereafter except pursuant to the postponement or cancellation of an Event or
Session as provided in the Agreement. You are solely responsible for the collection of your
tickets before the stipulated deadline, and for the tickets in your possession.
e. You shall not resell the tickets.
f. Children under 2 years old may be admitted free of charge provided they are seated on
your lap and not on another seat.
g. All Ticket Holders agree to abide by all rules and safety regulations established by
SINGSOC at each Venue.
h. SINGSOC reserves the right to, without refund, refuse entry or re-entry to Ticket Holders
at, or remove you from Venues if you were expected to remain in the Venue throughout the
session (e.g. Opening and Closing ceremonies), your ticket was obtained through channels
other than the official website, official booking hotline and authorized ticket counters, if you
fail to abide by all the rules and safety regulations established by SINGSOC at each Venue,
if you engage in political, commercial, advertising or other promotional activities, or for any
other reason to facilitate good organization of the 28th SEA Games.
