EXPERIENCE 3/2010 – present Census Bureau Green Bay, WI

Clerk
I audit, batch and enter into PeopleSoft software the daily timesheets of hundreds of employees. While doing
this, I have to have extreme attention to detail. Because they are hiring so many people, after working there
only a few days, I have become someone that people come to for their questions to be answered. I also train
others on the procedures for entering and auditing.

2/2010 – present Green Bay Area Public Schools Green Bay, WI

Substitute Paraprofessional
This is an on-call job that has me working with children of all ages from kindergarten to high school. At some
schools, I supervised a lunch hour (both middle school and high school), and at others, I supervised a
computer lab or worked in the office.

1/2009 – 2/2009 Adecco @ Verizon Wireless Green Bay, WI

Greeter
This was a temporary position in which I was to greet customers and help them as much as possible until one
of the sales reps was freed up and could take over. Many times, I was with the customer so long that I was
able to show them which calling plan was best for them and help them narrow down which phone and
accessories they wanted, so that when the sales rep was free, all they had to do was ring the sale and talk
about a few final items. I helped stock phones and accessories, I helped keep the kiosk clean and I also at
times helped with intra-company transfers of equipment. I answered many questions for customers, including
some technical, and I also learned how to do data transfers from phone to phone, which I helped with.

2/2008 – 8/2008 Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tempe, AZ

Accounting Coordinator
I reviewed and paid all collision, claim-related and glass bills. Reviewing them entails making sure we were
not being charged more than what was on the PO (if one was issued), and also that we were not being
charged for something that was not authorized. For any that I had questions on, I e-mailed the vehicle repair
department, they researched, and then e-mailed them back to me to pay or not. I coded all glass invoices.
This sometimes entailed doing research to find the actual claim and at the same time, I went into another
system and updated the claims for the windshield replacements, and also in the unit history notes for the
windshield repairs. I regularly reviewed and researched outstanding invoices on statements from each vendor
and kept in contact with them to clean up messy statements. I communicated with the vehicle repair team on
a regular basis to ask questions about price guidelines and processes. I participated in team meetings with
vehicle repair and accounts payable. I taught my coworkers tips/tricks on using different programs.

7/2007 – 2/2008 JC Penney Casa Grande, AZ

JCP.com/Catalog Supervisor
I managed 5 people in my department; I created their schedules, abiding by set budget guidelines; I trained
them on correct company procedures relating to retail returns/exchanges, catalog orders/returns, phone
etiquette, credit applications, etc.; I processed merchandise to be picked up by truck; I attended and took
part in weekly management meetings; I helped manage the store and answered questions by any number of
approximately 50 associates at any given time; I kept daily and weekly records of important documents; I
filed claims; I took care of the catalog order shipment when it came in; I helped resolve customer issues by
issuing credits or authorizing exchanges or refunds based on the situation. My department also handled all
incoming telephone calls for the whole store; we logged the lost and found for the store, and we also made
new retail tickets to go back on merchandise that had been returned without its original ticket.

6/2007 – 6/2007 Temporary Casa Grande, AZ

different departments and did other general office duties.

04/2006 – 02/2007 The Right Plumber Casa Grande, AZ

communication with builders, called vendors to get prices and set-up deliveries of parts.

I checked drawings against an electronic mapping system to make sure they were mapped correctly. I was
organizing a huge filing system that was severely in need of help. I made copies of large maps on a plotter,
and I assisted the department with anything else that needed to be done.

12/2003 – 4/2004 Temporary Albuquerque, NM

Customer Account Executive
I established rapport with current and potential customers, asked pertinent questions and interpreted
information in order to identify customer needs. Then, I educated them on specific products, services and rate
information in order to guide them into appropriate services to suit their viewing needs and enable them to
make a purchasing decision. I also explained customer billing when needed in order to give customers a clear
understanding of charges, billing cycles, prorates, etc.

6/2003 – 11/2003 KB Home Albuquerque, NM

Receptionist
I answered the phones, ordered office supplies, and did other general office duties. I streamlined the office
supply ordering process by creating an Excel spreadsheet that used drop-down boxes to minimize human error
in ordering. I also changed vendors for some of the supplies to save the company large amounts of money.

3/2003 – 5/2003 MCI Albuquerque, NM

Project Admin./Doc. Controls/Admin. Assistant/Supervisor/Legal Secretary
I supported the Project Managers of two different projects by issuing purchase/change order documents and
then routing for the appropriate signatures, kept logs on the computer of where they were in the process and
closed them out when they were totally spent. (I received a 'Certificate of Appreciation' for my exemplary
work in that aspect of my job.) I tweaked a few forms by adding combination boxes with drop down fields to
pick items from a list and added formulas to prevent human error; generated daily, weekly and monthly
reports to track rental properties, donation recipients and gifts given; supervised 13 people on a data entry
project; created a spreadsheet to compute employee overtime based on the number of days work was
available in a given week and another to convert approximately 10 different units of measure; generated
