If you are on Three, some numbers arent included in your monthly allowance
and youll be charged for calling them.

Note: All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless youre on a Business plan. If youre
on a Business plan, these prices dont include VAT, and theyve been rounded
to the nearest penny, so please only use them as a guide. The actual amount
on your bill may vary slightly from this, because of our billing system rounds
costs to three decimal places, for greater accuracy.

Their codes of practice can be found on the Three website and for most Special
numbers, you wont be warned about the charge before your call is connected.

Calling 084, 087, 09 or 118 numbers after 1 July 2015?

From 1 July 2015, the regulator Ofcom is changing the way youll be charged
for calling 084, 087, 09, and 118 numbers, in order to make the cost of calls
clearer. The changes are being communicated through a campaign called UK
Calling.

Telephone numbers starting with these prefixes are called service numbers and
you might use them to call organisations such as banks, directory enquiries or
vote on TV shows.

The costs for calling these numbers will be split into two parts:

* an Access Charge (set by us at 25 pence per minute, with a 1 minute

minimum charge) and

* a Service Charge (set by the organisation you are calling theyll tell you how
much this is).
If youre on Pay As You Go, your access charge will be charged on a per minute
basis, at 25p per minute, while if youre on a contract, after the first minute,
youll be charged on a per second basis.

Calls to numbers starting 0800 and 0808 are also being made free for all our
customers as part of this change, regardless of which plan you are on.
