Order Process:
After selecting your preferred model from the Employee Vehicle Purchase Scheme brochure, please visit your nearest Al-Futtaim Motors showroom
and meet one of the Sales Executives who will assist you in arranging a test drive and advise on vehicle availability and finance and insurance
arrangements.
After receiving order confirmation, Al-Futtaim Motors will process your application for HR approval. You will receive an email acknowledgement from
AFMStaff.discount@alfuttaim.ae advising the terms and conditions of the Employee Vehicle Purchase Scheme. The approved HR application form will
then be emailed to you and your Al-Futtaim Motors Sales Executive to complete the further purchase process.

Terms and Conditions:

The staff member should purchase the vehicle in his/her own capacity
The staff member should prepare and sign the Vehicle Sales Staff Discount Approval Form
The vehicle should be registered under the staff members name or his/her spouse
The vehicle should only be invoiced under the staff members name
The staff member is not allowed to transfer the title of the vehicle nor sell the vehicle during the period of 12 months from the date of registration
The staff member is not allowed to deregister the vehicle with/without the intention of exporting the vehicle outside the country, during the period of
12 months from the date of registration
Should there be a need to dispose of the vehicle within the 12 month period from the date of registration, it should firstly be offered to Al-Futtaim
Motors used car division (Toyota/Lexus) for sale. Express written confirmation from HR Business Partner should be acquired by the staff member
before selling the vehicle to a third party
The HR team is required to keep track of all the approvals provided by them for audit trail purposes
The staff member is allowed to purchase only a single vehicle through the staff discount scheme in any 12 month period from the date of registration
of last vehicle purchased under the staff discount scheme
The staff member should not purchase a vehicle through the staff discount scheme if he has previously purchased a vehicle from other Al Futtaim
brands through the staff discount scheme within the last 12 months
The staff member is required to refund the full amount of the discount (where the full amount of discount is the difference between the Retail Selling
Price and Associates Price) in case of breach of this document
The staff member should sign a Vehicle Sales Staff Discount Letter of Undertaking explicitly confirming the following:
1. Vehicle is to be registered under the staff members name or his/her spouse
2. Neither transfers the title nor sells the vehicle during the 12 month period from the date of registration
3. Vehicle must be offered to Al-Futtaim Motors Used Car Division (Toyota/Lexus) before offering it to any third party, post which express written
confirmation must be obtained from Al-Futtaim Motors HR Business Partner, if the staff member still wants to sell the vehicle to a third party prior
to concluding a 12 month period from date of registration
4. Al-Futtaim Motors reserves the right to check with the relevant authority to confirm the title and ownership of the vehicle within a 12 month
period of time from the date of registration
5. Al-Futtaim Motors reserves the right to request the staff member for the copy of the registration card at any given time during the mentioned 12
month period
6. Staff member is liable to refund Al-Futtaim Motors with the full amount of the discount (where the full amount of the discount is the difference
between Retail Selling Price and Associates Price) which the staff member availed when the vehicle was purchased, in case of breach of this document.
