I was dispatched to 4001 W Oregon. On scene I spoke to the reporter. He stated


that he and the IO are in the middle of a divorce. He said that she came over last
night uninvited to get some of her clothing. He said that he invited her inside the
house. The reporter said that they began arguing and she started throwing things
around. She knocked several things over and broke some dishes. She told the
reporter that she was going to ram his mothers cars in the driveway. She then left
the scene, leaving the basket of clothing she had gathered. The reporter just
wanted a report for his divorce attorney. He was given the case number.

VI reports this morning (sometime over night) unknown suspect/s smashed the
rear side (extended door) glass of her F150 truck, which was parked on the street.
She has no trouble or issues with anyone that she would suspect for the damage.
A back pack from the back seat was dumped out. Nothing was taken.

Ussery, stated that on, 082116 at 0600hrs, he got off work in Sebree, KY. Around
0645hrs, he drove to the area of First and Mill and pulled into the car wash parking
lot. He exited his listed truck to get out and walk around to cool off. As he walked
around the building a few times, his pickup was stolen from the lot. Ussery added
that at some time he also went to the Heritage Federal Bank to get money from the
ATM. He added that he left his truck running, because the fuel pump is bad and
he didn`t want to strain it.
Ussery was unsure of the car wash name or address, but was located by the
Buehlers IGA. I drove to the area and located the Halo Car Wash, 753 North Park
Dr. I could not locate the Heritage Federal.
Ussery added that after he found that his truck was stolen, he walked around
awhile to clear his head. His cell phone was in the truck and he didn`t have any
way of calling anyone for help. He later got a ride to his home, 1513 Culver, and
called 911.

The listed owner stated, she had to send the suspect home from work this a.m. for
being intoxicated on the job. The owner stated, she kept the listed money in a blue
bag in an unlocked file cabinet in a back room. The reporter stated, she observed
the money in the file cabinet at 0600 hrs this a.am. The owner stated, the suspect
was in the back room and had access to the money before she left. The owner
stated, the suspect was agitated when she left.

Mr. Owen is the reporter and he was called by an individual who stated a black
motorcycle ran into the fence at Central High School. The caller further stated it
was a 650? The fence in on the 3rd base side of the baseball field. The impact
broke 2 poles and bent 2 more. The bike evidently went 3/4 of the way under the
fence. The initial caller stated it was a white guy in his mid 30`s. He was not
close enough to get anything further. Said a guy in a maroon truck came to help

HOLDER, K. W.

I was dispatched to 3129 W Maryland on a report. This house sets back off the
roadway behind the house at 3201. On scene I spoke to the victim. He stated that
the home owners have passed away. This is his wife parents house. No one has
lived in the home for several years. His wife and he come check on the house
quite often. The victim said that he had been over more lately for tree removal.
He arrived at the house today and saw the doors to the house open. He did not go
inside until i arrived. We went inside and found the house had been gone through.
Several pieces of jewelry are missing, but they are unable to say exactly what at
this time.
The witness said that yesterday her dogs were barking around 0800 hours. She
said that she looked out back and saw a white male on the victim`s property. She
said that he was in between the house and the vehicles. The witness described him
as a tall thin white male with light colored hair and carrying a back pack. She said
that he saw her looking at him and ran down the alley going east.
Crime scene was called to process the scene. The victim was given the case
number and records number.

Victim found that his four factory wheels and tires had been stolen. Wheels were
stacked in his backyard by his driveway approximately 25 feet from the alley. No
fence across his backyard.

Victim stated he was at the traffic light westbound of Lloyd Crossing (entrance to
Wal-Mart) waiting to turn left. Victim stated while waiting to turn he was rear
ended by the suspect. Victim stated both cars pulled into the parking lot of Best
Buy where the suspect attempted to give him $50.00 to avoid calling police.
Victim stated the suspect only had an email confirmation of insurance and no card.
Victim stated the suspect asked him to follow him to his apartment to get the card.
Victim stated he informed the suspect he did not want to leave the scene. Victim
stated the suspect then left, last direction of travel was northbound on Burkhardt
Rd. Victim was given a case number and informed to contact his insurance
company.

Baker working for Captain D`s called police in reference to a subject that would
not leave. Upon arrival Baker showed officer where the subject was. The subject
in question is Saul. Officer told Saul that he could not come back to Captain D`s or
he could be arrested for trespass. Saul understood and continued walking away
from Captain D`s. Baker had to call police back two more times for Saul coming
back to the business. After the second time that Baker had to call, Saul was located
in the street in front of 1711 S Fares. Saul was taken into custody and transported

Officers were dispatched to the Tropiciana parking garage for an accident that had
occurred.
Officers arrived and spoke with they IO. She stated she was pulling into a parking
spot and hit what she believed to be a white truck but was unsure. Officers
checked every white truck in the area that she may have hit and were unable to
locate one with any damage. Tropiciana security also could not tell us what vehicle
she may or may not have hit. There was very minor damage to the front passenger
side of the IOs vehicle.
The IO was given a case number.

On 08-21-2016 at approximately 1700 hours FTO S. Toney and I, Officer C.


Little, were dispatched to 12-B W Eichel Ave to meet with Amanda Simmons (VI)
in reference to a residential burglary that had occurred at approximately 2130 on
08-20-2016. When we arrived we were informed by Simmons the suspect entered
her apartment by removing the window air conditioner from her living room
window. She stated she was missing a tablet, approximately 15 Walmart brand
watches, and a porcelain knife.
Officers also spoke with Brittany Pryor (IO) whom lives at the next door
apartment. She stated the suspect approached her at approximately 2130 on
08-20-2016 and asked her to help him remove the window air conditioner so he
could get into the apartment to "get his stuff." Pryor stated she refused to help
him and left her residence to get food. When she returned, the suspect was sitting
on her (Pryor`s) porch trying to sell watches from a bag.

On 08-21-2016 at approximately 2002 FTO S. Toney and I, Officer C. Little, were


dispatched to 1817 Old Business 41 (Esquire Inn) in reference to a hit and run.
We met with Jaime Racine (VI). She informed officers there is a scratch and a
dent in the left rear door of her car she did not cause. She stated the damage could
be up to a week old and she is not sure when or where it happened. We observed a
white paint transfer mark and small dent to the door of Racine`s car.
Racine informed officers she located a white vehicle nearby in the parking lot with
damage possibly caused by an impact with her vehicle. Officers examined the
vehicle and located a small scratch on the left rear bumper. We made contact with
the owner of the white suspect car, Knirs (IO). He stated he did not hit
anything with his car, but stated his wife, the registered owner, also drives the
vehicle; she was not on scene.
Officers were not able to determine if Knirs` car was actually involved. Racine
was given a case number.

Officers were dispatched to 1318 S Elliot for domestic violence. On scene, officers
located the OF in the back yard of the residence and detained him while I spoke
with the victim. The victim advised that the OF came over to gather his
belongings. The OF became violent with the victim and struck her in the face
several times. The victim was able to get away from the OF and when to a relatives
house. When the victim returned the residence the OF struck her in the face
several more times. The OF then poured gasoline on the bedroom floor. The victim
called the police at this time. The OF was arrested and booked in on the above
charge.
