This position exists to monitor all the branch operations activities in order to promote the banks products contributing

This is an Operational position ensuring all the activities performed in order to achieve monthly targets and audits in
compliance with the laid down rules and policies. This position also exists to develop first relationship between the
potential customer and the Bank, which is to be done with due diligence and without negligence so as to safeguard the

Currently working as Branch Manager Operations in Summit Bank dealing all matters of branch operations related.
Major Job responsibilities include:

Check and approve Account Opening Forms for opening of accounts.


Further delegate the signing and approving authority to departmental heads if work load demands.
Ensure strict compliance of laid down procedures e.g. OPM, APPM, CM and ADM, AML & KYC policy.
Automate manual procedures to enhance processing capability in terms of transaction volumes. Seek
necessary support from IT department in automation process.
Implement Service Delivery Standards in the branch and conduct Customers Satisfaction Survey on yearly
basis and forward to HO for further action
In consultation with the Operations Division ensures that operating departments are optimally organized.
Help marketing units meet their business targets by providing proactive operational support.
