POINTS DISCUSSED
1.DELIBERATION OF THE YEARS PROGRAM
*There will be 2 regular meetings and 1 ladies night every month
*The ladies night will be the last Saturday of every month
* In every quarter (July,October,January,April ) there will be a club assembly on
the first Tuesday of every month.
*All BOD meetings will be conducted on the 1 st first Tuesday of every month at
4pm ,just before the regular meetings.
*So In every quarter (July,October,January,April ) there will be a BOD meeting
and club assembly on the first Tuesday of every month.

2. PROPOSED PROJECTS AND ESTIMATED BUDGETS

A. TREASURER: K. A. Singhal
*Subscription received 2.77 lakhs .
B.

DIR. MEMBERSHIP- Rtn. Atul Khanderia.

*3 new members inducted and 2 more bio-datas received .Target of 10
new members this year out of which more stress to be given to lady
members.
*Request to invite 2 or 3 new members for every board meeting. Rtn
Shastri (Chairman-Member Assimalation will co ordinate )
*Rotarians who left the club are Rtn. O P Garg,Rtn.Abhay Saraf,Rtn
Deepali Nikam.
*Rtn. Ajay Kale announced he couldnt continue as he was moving to
Muscat,but no resignation received yet.Since he hasnt confirmed,if he
discontinues,he will have to pay Rs. 2000.
*On ladies night,guests should be charged Rs 500 each.
*Only 1 Annette below 15 yrs of age will be free,second Annette to be
charged Rs. 500.
*All Annettes above the age of 15 will be charged Rs. 500.
*Coupon system for dinner could be considered.Fellowship dir.can do the
needful.

*Club is 100% Paul Harris except newly joined members.
*In the coming year the Yearly subscription of Rs.15000 and Paul Harris
amount of 250$ to be paid before Induction.
*Proposal to make all Anns Paul Harris Fellow.Rtn Manju Sharma will coordinate with the Anns.
*Proposal of 5 members to become Major Donors every year.
D. Dir. MEDICAL PROJECTS.-Rtn. Dakshesh Panchal.
* A Teachers Training Programme for teachers from the ZP schools to be
conducted on 8th July at Mahatma Phule School Chinchwad.
Topic -Adolescent Health
Speaker- Rtn Avinash Bhondve from the district
This would be done in co ordination with PCMC hospitals.
*Plans for 3 Blood Donation camps this year.
*Ongoing projects of medical tests to be continued.

Dir. SERVICE PROJECTS. Rtn. P V Jambhalkar
*Proposed project of purified water vending machine at ST stand
Indapur.This would be done in partnership with RC of Indapur.
Total cost 5 lakh.Our contribution 2.5 Lakh.
Maintainence will be done by RC Indapur.

* A matching grant project worth 500 $ to be proposed.

Dir. Youth
* Chairman Rotract club - Rtn Abhijeet Shinde was a special invitee.
*New Rotract Clubs to be started in ASM institute, IICMR and PCCOE .These
clubs can be started on !2th August as it is Youth Day.
*Subscription to be Rs. 1000 for the Rotractors.
*RYLA to be organised this year.
*Community based existing Rotract to be revived.
H. CHAIRMAN PUBLIC IMAGE Rtn Pama Jhamtani.(special
invitee)
*Our club is a host for the District Seminar on Rotary Image on 24 th July.
Venue Sadanad Regency
Timings - 3pm to 7:30pm. Followed by fellowship (paid )and dinner.

*Registration fees Rs. 750 till 22nd July. After 22nd July and on the spot
registrations will be charged Rs. 1000.
*Our club will be given 15-20 minutes for presentation of our club projects.
An effective presentation to be prepared.
*We can have a stall for our club displaying the projects done.Other clubs
can be charged for their stalls.
*****Application of Dr. Sonia Kumar to be considered for the Homeopathic
clinic at RCC pimpri.
