This week: "Landscapes: Nature - Trees". You may not live in a rural area, so you can try a park if you're a city dweller.
Black and white or color will be accepted. As in last week's assignment, people are incidental. They can be in the image,
but are not the subject. Buildings should be at a minimum, emphasis is on the natural. And most important, a tree or
trees must be included in your picture. The tree (or trees) doesn't need to be the main subject, it can just be a
supportive player.
Remember to have a focal point in mind. You don't want the viewer's eyes to be darting all over the place wondering
where to land. And lighting is really important. The golden hours often offer the best times for landscape photography.
The links below do not necessarily have trees in their example images, but the tips they offer still pertain.

11 Surefire Landscape Photography Tips
1. Your original image you submit should be taken on or between the 11th to the 25th of April, 2012. Each week as an
assignment closes on the Wednesday, it will be AUTOMATICALLY deemed *CLOSED* after 8am GMT (3AM EST) and
any posts after that time will not be eligible for the assignment competition. Don't wait until the last minute to post!
2. Your post must include "Landscapes: Nature - Trees" as the title or in the text (to show your permission to count it for
the contest) and the date the picture was taken (to show that it is a valid entry).
3. EXIF data should be intact. It helps if you can include the main points (including camera, lens, date taken, ISO, shutter
speed and aperture) in the text of your message.

The English countryside is full of oil seed rape at the moment, and I spotted this field from the M11 on my drive to work
last week. I went back on the weekend and this image was taken on Sunday, 15 April 2012.

Radiohead sang about "Fake plastic trees". I do have a green watering can, but not a fake rubber plant
I took this picture of my climbing hydrangea with a new macro lens at the weekend. I think the buds look like a forest of
trees.

I was out storm chasing this weekend and had the chance to catch this shot of the sun.
You can see how the wind sheer push the clouds apart.
