CIRCULAR
Pursuant to the High Court Order dated 15.7.2015 in WASR No.116855 of
2015 and batch and on the request of the institutions, the Government has decided to
apply the same order to the colleges which had applied for affiliation on time and
are not direct petitioners in the WASR No.116855 of 2015 and batch. Therefore, the
University is informed to consider the request of

such colleges

who want to

participate in the admission process for a particular course/courses, which they

shall inform the JNTU latest by 10.00 p.m. on 16.7.2015 so that the course/courses
they apply can be included in the counselling process.
Such colleges shall undertake to abide by all the other conditions of the High
Court order dated 15.7.2015 in WASR No.116855 of 2015 and batch also.
The above decision is taken keeping in view the interest of the student community to
provide admissions to the students to the maximum extent possible and to see that
no prejudice to the institutions is caused.
Based on the above, application may be filed by email/in writing with an
undertaking from concerned authorised Management representative that
