Objectives
The objective of the course is to create an opportunity for educators to discuss the pressing issues in the
field and look for new ways of boosting motivation and productivity at work. The training course will not
only provide the participants with valuable information, latest research results and effective strategies
to be implemented on a daily basis, but it will also be designed as a safe place for a discussion for
participants to share their ideas, express their concerns and solve recurring challenges in cooperation
with their colleagues.
Methodology
The training course will consist of the following activities:

A number of workshops and round table discussions in order to give a chance for the
participants to share their experience, express their ideas and draw attention to the most
important issues, to gain new skills and competences.

Description
The course has been designed to tackle all the most urgent topics for the education staff. First days of
the program will be dedicated to the sessions on boosting employees motivation and productivity,
which is one of the greatest challenges currently faced in the education area. The second part of the
training will be dedicated to discussing the significance of motivation of the learners. How to develop
the learners active participation, motivation and responsibility. Visit to shool and seminar about Career
Consultancy.
Target Group
Teachers of primary and secondary educational institutions and vocational training institutions.

Presentation of the schedule for the upcoming days including
information about the Italian culture, Erasmus + and the city of
Barcellona P.G.
Participants will learn about the region of Sicily, the receiving
organization and its activities.
