I wish to cancel the above said policy, with effect from this month. As I have
already insurance policies with LIC Corpn. Of India, I no longer require this policy.
Hence I request you to cancel the same. I can submit my original policy, personally
or by post, whenever you request me to do so.
Hence kindly process this request application, and cancel the above said
policy, and stop deducting the EMI of Rs. 1,474/- from my Bank A/c. immediately.
