Major Responsibilities
To ensure secondary pack wise volume and NSR targets are met and suggest
new ways to generate more sales. Provide accurate secondary sales forecast of
the areas.
To ensure new outlets are created and retained as per target and are potential.
To analyze SFE KPIs and suggest ways to improve them. To ensure that all data
in the sales information systems pertaining to his/her area is cleansed, validated
and updated on a regular basis.
To ensure daily In-outlet Execution is carried out by his team as per PicOS &
RED criteria, ensure proper execution of all marketing initiatives in his area.
To monitor and report competitor activity in his/her assigned are and suggest
ways to counter them.
Supervise/Ensure proper injection and optimal utilization of Companys Assets in
the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet activation material etc.
Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his/her
area to ensure that they remain loyal. To ensure proper handling of all customers
complains in a timely manner as per company guideline. Maintain an updated
fact sheet on every customer. He is also responsible for tracking and timely
settlement of market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable, Discounts,

Monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators such as stock return
rate, strike rate, call completion rate, daily sales volume and outlet conversion
rate and system & control implementation in area.
Supervise the segmented POSM execution through focusing on Trade Channels
to achieve the set objectives of RED/Commercial Leadership.
Execute plans for enhancement in cold availability of all SKUs by channel to
increase secondary sales. Deployment and management of assets (cooler &
glass) and ensuring its productivity to maximize profit.
Development of sales team through coaching and monitoring.
Achievement of volume target.
Maintain existing outlets and conversion of new outlets.
