Tujuan Penelitian
:
The aims of this study were to describe the sexuality of patients and their

partners and to describe their needs for information regarding sexuality.

:
A prospective, descriptive cross-sectional design was used.

:
Purposive Sampling.
10. Uji Analisa Data
:
The data were analyzed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences
(SPSS) version 17. Descriptive statistics used were averages, standard
deviation (SD), percentage and frequencies.
11. Hasil Penelitian
:
Sexuality changes are seen in all biological aspects. A clear majority of
patients (65%) and partners (59%) experienced decreased sexual activity
as a result of CHF. Approximately 45% of the patients and 34% of the
partners reported a disturbance in sexual pleasure. A marked or serious
disturbance in sexual interest and sexual performance was seen in around
40% of the patients and 2833% of the partners. In contrast, the
relationship or the psychosocial aspect of sexuality was less affected. A
majority of patients (76%) and partners (69%) experienced few or no
problems. Also a majority of both groups (patients 96%; partners 91%)
reported no arguments related to their sexual relationship.
12. Implikasi Keperawatan
:
Healthcare professionals nursing can initiate discussions about these topics
to provide qualitative good sexual counseling. Since the identification of
information needs regarding sexuality was easy with the NSCS-CHF, this

may be a useful tool for professionals to guide their discussions of

sexuality with patients and their partners. Possibly, focusing on
information needs with the NSCS-CHF will lower the threshold for
patients and partners to discuss sexuality.
13. Kelemahan Jurnal
:
a. There is no response from the community about the results of these
studies.
b. Study was only performed in continental Europe only (Dutch and
Belgian).
c. Engineering sample less representative.
14. Kelebihan Jurnal
:
a. Abstract clear, so that the reader can read the abstract only know the
results of these Research.
b. The conclusion made already detailed and clearly explained.
c. Research procedures arranged regularly, so it is easy to understand.
d. Suggestions for further research.
