RE: Ateneo COMELEC Calendar for SY 2016-2017, 1st Semester
Mandated to administer the Sanggunian elections according to Article XII, Section 1.2.2 of
the 2016 Sanggunian Constitution, the Ateneo COMELEC officially announces the schedule
of the 2016 Sanggunian Elections. Please refer to Appendix A for the official Ateneo
COMELEC Calendar for the first semester of school year 2016-2017.
The Commission shall strictly implement the calendar of activities, and must be followed by
the individuals and/or parties involved. The Commission, therefore, reserves the right to
refuse requests for revision and/or extension of deadlines, et. al. if deemed unnecessary. It
should be noted, however, that dates are subject to change pending the approval of the
Student Judicial Court. Any changes in the calendar shall be announced through a separate
memorandum.
All efforts to help disseminate the contents of this memo, especially from those who are
planning to run in the said elections, shall be welcomed and appreciated.
