The Multi-purpose room is reserved during the group exercise class times
listed above.
TRX: Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops
strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the
TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages
gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises. (RSVP this class by
calling the day before) Instructor: Titus
Yoga: an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind,
and spirit. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible; it also improves the
functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings
about emotional stability and clarity of mind. Instructor: Magan
SGT: Small Group Training with a personal trainer. ($20 registration fee) Strength
training at 4:30-5:00 with Jim
