Obtain the software digital signature (OpenPGP) validation tool as follows:

Visit http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/.
2. Click Tools, search for Software digital signature (OpenPGP) validation tool to obtain the
software, and perform validation.

1.3 CE6800's and USG6000V's Instructions

(Perform the following action only for the first time to start CE6800 and USG6000V devices.)
Take eNSP v1.2.00.380 as an example:
CE6800's Instruction
1.
Download CE6800.zip from the official website.
2. Decompress CE6800.zip to generate the svrpbox.img file. Add a CE6800 to the eNSP
workspace and start it, the import popup window would appear.
3. Import svrpbox.img file. Please add svrpbox.img package path, and click Import.

USG6000V's Instruction
1. The CPU utilization is high when the eDesk simulation router is enabled. The problem can be
solved though virtualization.
a. Enter the BIOS page after the computer is started. (BIOS pages on different computers may
be different. The example is for reference only.)
b. Move the cursor to Virtualization and click Enter.
c. On the Virtualization page, set the Intel(R) Virtualization Technology to Enabled.
d. Exit the BIOS view to enter the operating system.
2. Download USG6000V.zip from the official website.

3. Decompress USG6000V.zip to generate the vfw_usg.vdi file. Add a USG6000V to the eNSP
workspace and start it, the import popup window would appear.
4. Import vfw_usg.vdi file. Please add vfw_usg.vdi package path, and click Import. Restarting
USG6000V.

3.1 What's New

New Features
1. Console port of simulate pc.
2. Integrate NE5000E/CE12800/CX200 which were supplied by third party user in support-e
forum. (ensp is not responsible for update)
3. Publish ensp plugin interface development standard,user custom simulate device can be
integrated in eNSP.
4. eNSP support virtualbox 5.0 in default.
Modified Features
1. Fix IGMP version3 bug of simulate pc.
2. Fix poe bug of simulate ac.
3. Fix UI bug of multicast tab content of simulate pc in the high resolution 1920*1080.
4. Fix GVRP bug of simulate ar.
5. Fix DDNS's configuration bug of simulate ar.(bug description: DDNS's configuration can't
be displayed.)

1. Access http://support.huawei.com/enterprise .
2. Enter the user name and password and click Login.
3. After a successful login, enter eNSP in the search box on the Product Support page.
4. Click a product path displayed below the search box to view or download documentation.
If no product path is displayed, click Find Product and select eNSP in Relative Products to
download documentation on the corresponding page that is displayed.

[Important Instruction]
1. The CPU utilization is high when the eNSP simulation router is enabled. The problem can be solved though
virtualization.

2. When using eNSP for network adapter binding, do not bind eNSP to the network adapters used on public
networks. Otherwise, misoperations by Huawei intranet users on eNSP may cause network faults. For example,
Huawei desktop cloud users may violate information security regulations.
3. Please do not install virtualbox in the Chinese path.
4. Router and USG5500 are no longer maintained.
5. CE12800/NE5000E/CX200 is integrated, eNSP team is not responsible for maintenance.

FAQ
[There are not network cards information in CLOUD]

Reason: Winpcap is installed incorrectly.
Solution: Please reinstall the winpcap.
[Start a switch, and wait for several minutes, ### is displayed

ceaselessly]
Reason: Counter problems, causing the start switch failure.

Solution: 1. Choose Start > All Programs > Accessories.
2. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
3. Enter the required command in the command line window that is displayed and start the counter.
If the PC uses the Win7, Win8, or Win10 operating system, enter lodctr /R.
If the PC uses the Windows XP operating system, enter lodctr /R:PerfStringBackup.ini.
[Failed to start the AR base after install the VirtualBox5.0]

Reason: VirtualBox5.0's drivers are not compatibility.
Solution: 1. Choose Control Panel> Network and Internet> Network Connections in VirtualBox5.0.
2. Select VirtualBox NDIS6 Bridged Networking Driver on the VirtualBox Host-Only Network Properties
page.

FAQ
[Devices's interface status is down/down]

Reason: 1. Some security softwares prevent the communication between simulation equipment.
Solution: 1. Check whether the computer is to install the kaspersky, rising antivirus software, etc., these software
to prevent the communication between the simulation equipment. If you have installed, please uninstall, and
restart the tool.
2. Delete C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\eNSP folder.

FAQ
[Error code: 41(AR)]
Reason: It is due to the AR/AC/AP have not registered in VirtualBox.

Solution:
1. You need to check the AR_Base, AC_Base, AP_Base options, then click Register button.
2. If it fails to register in first step, maybe it is due to install/uninstall eNSP many times, you need to do the next
step.
3. Open VirtualBox, delete all the links in VirtualBox UI.
4. Click File-Virtual Media Manager, delete all the AR_Base.vdi, WLAN_AC_Base.vdi, WLAN_AP_Base.vdi.
5. Open eNSP, click Menu Tools Register Device, check the AR_Base, AC_Base, AP_Base options, then
click Register button.
