Back to Basics

Hours:

School is started. Schedules are more se led. It is me to get back to basics & prepare for the upcoming holidays and fes vi es. The farmers
markets are winding down.
Evarts market will end the season on Oct 8, with a fundraiser for the
Sears Food Pantry. Build and enter a Scarecrow to be voted on with donaons to the Food Pantry. Pick up an entry form on Saturdays now through
Oct 1, 9am-1pm at the market located on the Evart Depot grounds. Not
up to entering a scarecrow, be sure to stop by and cast a vote for your favorite. Then Halloween and all the great fall colors. Wonderful projects
are ready to be created with all this inspira on.
At Juneberry Co age, we are celebra ng September with a Thank you
Sale on Sep 15. Then the end of the month brings Fall Fabric Frenzy Shop
Hop. Ask to be a member of the facebook group Fall Fabric Frenzy of
Central to Western MI to get all the latest news.

There is time to create a quilt and submit to a shop who hasnt

Fabric plates are still available during this time. We can take
preorders for our pattern (9.99) or kit (11.49 + 7 shipping) to be
sent out starting November 1.

Kids Fundamentals Summer Quilting:


Every Tuesday during the summer from 10-12.
Working through Make your First Quilt by M Liss Rea Hawley 40 includes
book. Materials and supplies additional.

Kids Sew.ciability School Year Club: starting in October


This is a School Year Club which meets every Tues from 3-5pm and is
geared for those over 10. Materials for the month's one project is included
in the $30 fee . Preregister by the 15th of the previous month for students
to start at beginning of the new month. These are 3-4 week sessions. As
time allows, students can work on a project of choice. Materials for these
projects of choice are not included in the fee.

Table Toppers
September 24 @ 9-2.
This will be monthly except for December on the Saturday's the store
opens at 8:30. Bring a snack or light lunch. 10 + materials. We are
using the book Trendy Toppers which features 14 different patterns.

Stash Buster Club using Farm Girl Vintage


Starting September 10 and 13
This is going to be an exciting club! Offered two times each month on the
second Saturday and the following Tuesday. Pick the day and time that
works best for you. You choose the sizes (6 1/2" or 12 1/2") you want to
make. You also choose your own fabrics. No kits available for this scrappy class. There will be a "scrap swap" at each months meetings...so
bring your extras and trade for some you don't have!
$ 25.00 to register then each month: (4) 6-1/2 or (2) 12-1/2 completed blocks
from previous month or $5 per person, per session if blocks are unfinished (Half
to go towards WISE in Big Rapids, MI). Book purchase is required. ($29.95)
