Our school meals are packed full of dairy produce

which also means they are packed full of goodness.
Working with local farmers who share our passion for
field to fork food we make sure that our dairy produce
offers the freshest possible taste by getting it straight
from the dairy and into our school meals without taking
out any of the natural goodness. A good example of this
is that all of our milk, eggs and yoghurt are fully organic.

Milk and dairy products are great sources of protein and

calcium for growing children and also contain essential
vitamins B2 and B12. Protein is essential for our bodies
to grow, repair themselves and to work properly whilst
calcium is key in keeping our bones and teeth strong
and healthy. Studies have shown that organic milk
has 68% higher levels of essential fatty acid omega-3
and 6 than non-organic milk. These are essential for
a healthy heart, brain and joints. For these reasons its
important that dairy products are part of a healthy diet,
especially for a growing child.
