Philippines have

always

been

fun,

exciting, and enjoyable. They usually serve as venues for family

gatherings and its also one way of choosing where to shop. All
depends on what you intend to buy, how much budget you have, and
the beauty of mall. America has always had a big influence on the
Philippines

since

the

immemorial.

The

modern

adapted by the latter. In Metro Manila, shopping malls are the

very essence of urban living. Actually, there are more malls than
public parks in the country (Sydney, 2015).
On the other hand, people would do anything to break from
school, work, etc. we tend to look for places where we can just
relax and enjoy at the same time.
In relation to this, Umingan, Pangasinan is faced with a lot
of problems. First, it lacks shopping outlets. Second, it does

Pool will give leisure time and satisfaction to everyone. More
investors will come to the Municipality and it will provide

The

researchers

will

become

one

of

the

most

preferred

Center in the municipality.

With its accessibility and wide array of shopping outlets,

residents will no more travel to nearby municipalities. They
can already easily purchase their needs in the proposed

building.
Due to the preserve of the rooftop pool will already have a
place where they can enjoy and relax. If someone is a patron
of the commercial center or a membership cardholder, he/she
will definitely enjoy the discounts offered by the rooftop

pool.
Many people, especially the residents, will have the chance

The researchers recommend to:

Create and propose a plan to construct a resort with
modern architectural design. In this case, only few
shopping stalls can be found therein. A wave pool maybe
constructed as a unique selling proposition of the

resort.
The local government of Umingan must finance the proposed
project for the benefit of its population and the whole
municipality.
