It was observed that the following areas (Unit 1 and 2) are not covered
during the test:
We consider these areas need to be protected in accordance with the code.
Contractor to review and propose corrective actions.
2. Contractor is advised to record the tank water level during commissioning
to verify the water demand.
3. The static pressure is about 100% of full scale range of pressure gauge and
the fluctuated pressure exceeds the full scale. Please replace the gauge
with suitable scale range.
4. Installation is incomplete e.g. temporary drainage pipe was used.
