need not be mentioned.
Referring to an articles in an refereed journal
If you are referring to an journal article written by Ghansham Mehta titled `Retaining Talent:
Challenges before HR Managers today` which was published in Economic and Political Weekly
in vol.22, no.11 in 2001 on pages 16-22, the reference will be
(Mehta 2001: 16-22)
If you are only referring to something on page 21 then it will be
