Daily Network Health Monitoring and accordingly taking action on key performance Indicator
parameters (e.g. SDCH Drop and TCH Drop, HO failures) to meet the Network benchmarks.
Analysis of cells having SDCCH congestion, high HO failure ratio, high TCH drop rate.

Handover analysis based on handover reports.

Interference detection & rectification.
Familiar with network Quality report, Hardware Demising report and other report which
necessary to improve the KPI.
Analyzing logs for Interference, Call Drops, Handoff failures, IRAT Handover failures,
Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power , Common Pilot Channel Ec/No,
Scrambling Code and defining Neighbors(3G & 2G Both), Check relation b/w 3G and 2G etc.
Responsible for monitoring performance counters to maintain all KPIs such as Access success
rate, CSSR, CDR, Traffic CS/PS, HOSR.
Analysis of drive test data, identify weak coverage/quality areas, call related issues (CS/PS setup
time, pilot pollution, interference Ec/Io, missing neighbor, call drops, RAB establishment issues,
