Challenge: defining the standards for what is affordable housing
Available resources on public opinion include podcasts and interviews on
pushback on affordable houses in the city
Stakeholder analysis and gap analysis
Lots of people address the issue but whats the capacity of each stakeholder
and wherere the gaps
Learning partners
Many rural areas have done a great job e.g. Vermont, New Hampshire,
Aspen/ski towns etc.
What can we learn from these learning partners and how can we use it in
the traverse city context?
