naya bali veda vastu eco-art-retreat will be built on a total scale of 10.000 sqm close to Ubud ( Pejeng ) Bali,
according to the veda vastu principles of working and living in harmony with the laws of nature www.vastu.net
We invite you to be part of our eco village, become a member and buy an eco friendly villa.
We will be making use of the latest environmental technology to be self-sustainable;
electricity production via wind generator, solar voltaic cells.
Ground water, biological sewage and bio gas production, hot water via solar panels
ozonized swimming pool, organic gardening via aqua ponic.
electro - scooters and car shuttle service to Ubud.

MAP
The land is located on a wide-open flat space 300 meters above sea-level,
on a plateau surrounded by a 15 m deep jungle canyon and a small river.
There will be a path around the complex which allows an easy access to each building and the pool.
The land outside the veda vastu square will be used primarily for organic vegetable and fruit gardening.
The old structures on the land will be turned into art studios, workshop spaces , laundry and gallery.

The land lease Is 40 years from 2015 on.

The villas are fully furnished.

The element space is represented in the center of the complex (brahmasthan) in the form of an island,
that will be used as a concert stage.
Every owner of a villa has the right to use his property 6 months per year either by himself or through third parties,
on request even longer, or permanently.
The remaining 6 months of the year naya will rent out the Villas for retreats or other guests and pays the owners
a revenue share of 50% of the rental income constantly.
The construction period is calculated at 2.5 to max. 3 years.
Naya takes care oft the maintenance costs.
Each villa has its own kitchen with all necessary equipment.
The villas can be sold anytime, but naya has the right of first refusal.
The contract has to be sold, as well, so that naya can operate unhindered as a retreat.
Each owner has free access to the pools and all public spaces.
We provide a storage for each owner to lock up in his private belongings for the time of his absence

beside you.
