B. An efficient look out and reporting obligations.
It is important to have look out because they are the one who report to the bridge if there is an
small bout in front of the ship, ice berg logs etc... that is not visible to the radar. They are eyes
and ears of the ship so if the radar is not working they are the ones will be look out of the ship.
C. Principles in observed in keeping a navigational watch and performing watch.
It is important to follow the principles to be observed in navigational watch because the officer
in charge of the navigational watch is the master's representative and is primarily responsible at
all times for the safe navigation of the ship and for complying with the requirements in force of
the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972 .
D. About responsibility between you and the others.
It is important to have our own responsibilities to work on our own. In this way there is no
conflict on each other because we have our own work. If we have our own jobs to do then we
know what we need to do on board of the ship.
