Ins Wouters

Ins is a widely recognised expert in the field of International Tax Law,


SMC taxation, inheritance and fortune planning as well as
international contract law and Human Rights law.
She holds a master of laws (ULB Brussels 1984) and continued her
studies at Mac Gill University of Montreal in Comparative Law.
She is also a professor in Financial Management Master at Solvay

Luis F. de Castro
Luis graduated in Belgian Law in 1984 (Master of Laws KUL) and in
Spanish Law in 1986 (Universidad de Alicante). He became a member
of Dutch Bar in Brussels in 1986 and a member of Madrid Bar in 1989.
He is a specialist in advice to businesses in several fields of law,
including business law, labour law, real state law and commercial law
under Belgian, Spanish and European law.
He has a broad experience assisting Spanish and Latin-American
Companies and institutions based in Belgium as well as Belgium
Companies and Institutions with interests in Spain and Latin America.

Danil Mouson
Danil is an experienced lawyer in civil and commercial law.
He has worked as corporate counsel and head of company for several
international companies.
He has an extensive expertise working with and in France and he is
also professional involved in countries such as Arabic Emirates and

His professional career in the private sector, offers him solid insight in
the challenges of companies and businesses. Daniel obtained a
master of laws in 1977 from the Universit Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
He is a member of Brussels Bar and France National Counsel of Bars

Philippe Vanlangendonck
Specialist in the field of Medical and Health law (therapeutic freedom, patients
rights, professional titles & regulated professions), the electronic health record, genetic
patentability), European Union law (free movement of people, freedom of
establishment, EU mutual recognition) and New technology and ICT law (conclusive
force of the electronic data flows, safety and data confidentiality).

Degree in law, UCL, 1998 and DES in Interdisciplinary Analysis of


European Construction, Facults Universitaires St. Louis & UCL, 3 July
2002, first admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1991; he was lawyer at the
Belgian federal Public Health Ministry from 1998 to 2004, and is
Member of the French Brussels Bar since 2005.

Werner Vanparijs
Werner specialises in commercial and business matters and real
estate.
As an experienced lawyer and negotiator he gives advice to
businesses, ranging from start up entrepreneurs to multinational
corporations on how to reach their objectives through negotiation,
alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
He studied national and international law at the Universities of
Brussels, Antwerp, Leuven (master of Laws) and Siena (It). After a

Joris Lombaert

Joris holds law degrees from KUB (Catholic University of Brussels), KUL
(University of Leuven), EHSAL Management School) has been
practising at the Brussels Bar since 2001.
After undergoing an additional training programme in Business
Management and gaining practical experience as corporate counsel in
an insurance company, Joris has focused primarily on insurance,
construction and liability law.
As a perfectly bilingual specialist in this field, he advises and guides
various players with regard to insurance and building law.

Gatan Dierieckx
Gatan is a specialist in commercial and civil procedure.
He became Master of Laws, UCL (2009), and Bachelor of Laws and
Grade in Political Science, Facult Universit Saint Louis Bruxelles
(2007). Gatan is a member of the French Bar in Brussels.
He joined Legisquadra after gaining experience at different highly

associate at the Brussels Parliament.
