Satellite Homes-3 Homeowners Association Resolution 2015-005

WHEREAS,

on Saturday, June, 27, 2015 at the regular monthly Board Meeting of Satellite
Homes-3 Homeowners Association Board of Directors, held at SH3 HOA Office; and

WHEREAS,

THE Board of Directors during the above-mentioned meeting agreed to build

two sets of welcome ark that will be located in Satellite Homes-3 main entrance and the other
one will be located at the main entrance of Satellite Homes-2 near in Evas Store in order for our
relatives, friends and visitors can easily locate our subdivision.

NOW ALL PREMISES CONSIDERED BE IT RESOLVED THAT

the Board of
Directors, by unanimous consent of those in attendance, hereby agreed to build two sets of
welcome ark that will be located in Satellite Homes-3 main entrance and the other one will be
located at the main entrance of Satellite Homes-2 near in Evas Store in order for our relatives,
friends and visitors can easily locate our subdivision.
