Title
Understanding the Plasma dynamics using COMSOL 5.2 Multiphysics package
Problem Statement
In recent days, Plasma, being the fourth state of matter is finding its applications in
various domains of engineering.
Lately, to study the physics and reaction dynamics of PLASMA, rigorous and tedious
experimentation had to be done at higher costs.
Also, it is quite difficult to understand the impact of other physical phenomena
which may drive the application of plasma into a more fruitful result.

Tool Name

COMSOL 5.2 (Multiphysics)

Tools Description
COMSOL Desktop provides a complete and integrated environment for physics
modeling and simulation as well as application design, providing us with the tools
necessary to build a user-friendly interface for our models

Usage of Tool in problem solving

This package includes not only specifically Plasma physics, but also
incorporates the environment science that may have a significant effect over the
plasma
This lets the user to understand the influence of other environment
parameters over PLASMA system under development.

Result Discussion
So far, many modelling and simulation tools have come. But none of them helps in
visualizing the way of how PLASMA works. And thats where COMSOL conquers as
an apple from heaven and helps in understanding the plasma physics like never
before.
The utilization of this software is very extensive and purposeful since PLASMA has
its applications in fields of Agriculture, Biotechnology, Thermal Barrier Coating,
Surface Functionality inducement.
