PRIOR POSITIONS W/ JOHN DEERE AND SCOTT COUNTY:


Program Manager, Global SAP HR Introduced HR module of SAP and delivered integrated technology solution, defining
global HR processes for use at all global facilities (60,000 employees).
Manager, AG Human Resources Center Transformed the HR function for the companys largest division by creating and
implementing a shared services concept. Reduced HR professional staff by 45%.
Manager, Employee Relations, John Deere Harvester Works Optimized compensation/benefits delivery for 2,500-employee
unit and training / development delivery for the entire Harvester Works factory.
Project Manager, John Deere Information Systems Improved supplier relations by negotiating and administering software
agreements ranging from $30,000 to $5 million. Changed and improved the job analysis for the entire organization.
Personnel & Labor Relations Director (Scott County, Davenport, IA) Delivered full range of HR services for county govt. with
500 employees. Introduced interest-based bargaining for all 4 County unions, increased the Countys presence at the
State House, and played key role in delivery of services to citizens as Assistant & Acting County Administrator.
