LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

It is indeed a pleasure for me to recommend Mr. RAKESH CHERUKURI to pursue his

higher studies at your esteemed university. I have known him for four years and during this
period he has impressed me time and again with his perseverance.
I have taught him DATA MIINING AND DATA WAREHOUSING. His performance
in the subject has been good. The standout feature with Mr. Rakesh is his diligent nature and
perseverance. Mainly programming being one of his interests, he used to come up with
innovative ideas. Although all his ideas were not a standout, failure was never a set back to him.
On the contrary it spurred him and gave him that extra zeal to work harder in the subject. I
strongly feel that Mr. Rakesh never say quit attitude and his astute perceptive abilities make him
better than the most to carry out research in the field of Computer Science.
In addition to classroom interaction, he has approached me several times to clear his
doubts which showcase an eagerness to assimilate knowledge that is extremely gratifying.
Through these discussions I have noted that he possesses an immensely strong analytical sense
and a thought process that is very much research oriented. He can easily work independently and
as well as a member of a group. I am confident that his originality and intellectual creativity will
ensure his success as a researcher. His industriousness and focus together with his positive
attitude and a pleasant personality have impressed me.
From what I have seen of his I can say that he has shown lot of promise and there is a lot
of potential that can be tapped. I am confident that he will not only continue to be a promising
and competitive student but would also be capable of efficiently discharging every assigned duty.
I take pride in recommending him and look forward to hearing about his success in the future.
